At Centre of Business, an operational review costs $5,000 +GST. That is a consultant in the room and a sequenced roadmap of what to fix first. For a limited number of customers, the first review is free. Planning, automation and AI are quoted after that, once we know which work is worth doing.

Most quotes you will be given are not comparable. A day rate, a six-month programme and a fixed review are three different products. The number that matters is what you get before anyone starts building.

What the $5,000 covers

We sit with the people who take the orders, make the plan and run the floor. We map how work actually flows, not how the procedure says it should, and we argue the numbers the team already fights over. You leave with a roadmap sequenced by return: what to fix first, what it is worth, and what not to touch yet.

Companies usually ask for one of five reviews: S&OP Readiness, a Manufacturing Plant Review, a General Business Overview, delivery reliability, or an AI Check. Each one is $5,000 +GST. The first is free for a limited number of customers. That offer is the review and the roadmap. It is not the project.

What is quoted separately

If the answer is planning, we stay for planning. If it is automation, we stay for the build. That work is scoped from what the review found. Sales and operations planning, Power BI and the rest of the business intelligence layer, and AI that reads customer purchase orders are not sold as a package off the page. If a piece of work cannot pay for itself quickly, we say so before you commit.

The free consultation is a different conversation. It is ninety minutes, no cost and no obligation. You tell us what is happening and what the goal is. You leave with a prioritised view of what is holding delivery back. It is not the $5,000 review.

Where we work

We are based in Brisbane and consult on-site across South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Logan, and with manufacturers elsewhere in Queensland. We also work on-site and remotely across Australia. The review fee is the same. Travel and accommodation are discussed and agreed before the review starts.

At Centre of Business, an operational review is $5,000 +GST. That is a consultant in the room and a sequenced roadmap. For a limited number of customers, the first review is free. Planning, automation and AI are quoted after the review, not sold as a package.

What does the $5,000 review include?

A Centre of Business consultant sits with the people who take the orders, make the plan and run the floor, maps how work actually flows, and leaves a sequenced roadmap of what to fix first and what it is worth. The five reviews companies ask for are S&OP Readiness, a Manufacturing Plant Review, a General Business Overview, delivery reliability, and an AI Check.

Is the free consultation the same as the review?

No. The consultation is ninety minutes, no cost and no obligation. You leave with a prioritised view of what is holding delivery performance back. The review is the paid piece of work: $5,000 +GST, or free for a limited number of customers, and it produces the roadmap. The project that follows is scoped separately.

Do you work outside Brisbane?

Yes. We are based in Brisbane and consult on-site across South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Logan, and with manufacturers elsewhere in Queensland. We also work on-site and remotely with manufacturers and distributors across Australia.

If you want the number against your own operation, book a consultation. Ninety minutes, no cost. The review is the next step, and only if the conversation says it is worth it.
