Three platforms we built and run, shaped by the same work we do with manufacturers every day. We advise on operations and we build the software that runs them.
An integrated planning and control platform for manufacturers and distributors. It connects demand, supply, inventory, orders, capacity and financial outcomes in one place, so risks surface early and the next action is clear.
Two views of the planning platform, from the people who run it. Read the Earlee case study →
We make food using both local and imported ingredients, all with very different lead times, so getting the purchasing right means looking well ahead. What I like about the platform is that we can now see what’s coming before it becomes a problem. If a raw material isn’t going to arrive in time for a production run, we know early enough to do something about it rather than finding out on the day. It also gives me a much clearer view across the business. I can see what we need to buy, whether the plant can handle what’s coming, and what that means for our inventory and working capital. Most importantly, it gives me confidence that we’re going to be able to meet our customer requirements. If something doesn’t look right, it’s flagged early and I can go straight to the detail behind it. For me, it’s about having that visibility and being able to make better decisions earlier, rather than reacting when something has already become a problem. It’s a great app for our business.
One of the most useful shifts we’ve made at Earlee Products has been moving from reporting on what’s already happened to getting a clear view of what’s coming. The Integrated Planning Platform from Centre Of Business has made a real difference here. From a finance perspective, inventory and purchasing decisions flow straight through to cash. Being able to see what we’re likely to need, where stock is building and where the risks are means we can act before small issues turn into bigger ones. It’s also cut our reliance on separate spreadsheets and made planning much more connected across the business. Sales, operations and finance are now working from the same picture. For me, the biggest benefit is simple: better information, earlier. That gives us more confidence in the decisions we make around inventory, working capital and the overall performance of the business. Thanks to the Centre Of Business team for their support along the way.
Five things we see in nearly every operation we walk into.
An ERP is excellent at recording what happened. That doesn't make it a decision-support system.
Most reporting looks backwards. You can't drive the business looking only behind you.
Forecast accuracy matters less than how fast the organisation recognises change and responds to it. A week of latency is common.
A spreadsheet looks inexpensive. Its true cost is maintenance, errors, training and key-person dependency.
Inventory is the outcome of demand uncertainty, planning rules, lead times and execution discipline, not a lever on its own.
If several of these sound like your operation, the platform is built for the problem you have.
Demand, supply, inventory and the production board in one place. The licence is the software. Implementation is quoted separately, after a scoping call.
24-month licence. Most single-site manufacturers start here.
Not this card if you have several plants, a deep bill of materials with material constraints, or you need export to the ERP.
Core, plus the work that is no longer straightforward.
Advanced, across more than one plant, entity, or planning team.
A single site stays on Core or Advanced.
Not ready for the floor to run from the plan? Forecast only, from $1,000 / month +GST. 12-month licence. Demand and inventory. No MRP. No production board. Ask about forecast only →
Prices are plus GST. $4,500 is one site and one ERP connection. Implementation is the ERP connection, configuration and training, quoted after a scoping call. It is not in the monthly fee.
The operating system for improvement. CHECK: understand reality. SET: decide what matters. GO: execute visibly. It is not an audit document and not a task list. Consultants run a private network of organisations. A company that only wants to review itself sits on our network and buys credits.
$49 a month is the right to have customers. Review credits are the right to review a company.
Network licence, $49 / month +GST. For a consulting firm or a group with more than one organisation. Unlimited organisations, users and manual templates. Five AI-generated templates a month. This is the platform. It does not include completed reviews.
3 reviews
$83 per review
One credit is one completed review session for one organisation or site. Includes the structured review, AI analysis, insights, action items and work-breakdown. No token limits.
10 reviews
$69 per review
A working pool for a consultant covering several customers, or for a company that will run more than one cycle.
30 reviews
$49 per review
For a network that runs reviews as the delivery system, not as a one-off.
Prices are plus GST. Credits last two years. New reviews cannot start unless a network licence is active; a Centre of Business customer reviewing one company sits on our network and buys credits only. Trial is seven days or one completed review, whichever comes first. The live product is at checksetgo.com.
Digital safety incident reporting and management, built to Australian WHSQ requirements. Report incidents, track investigations and manage corrective actions in one place, so events are captured properly at the moment they happen and nothing gets lost between the floor and the follow-up.
One organisation. Unlimited floor reporters. From report through investigation and close-out, then LTIFR-style reporting. Implementation is scoped separately.
12-month contract
For one organisation that needs incidents, near misses, hazards and safety walks captured on the floor and closed out properly.
Unlimited reporters, including kiosk accounts. Supervisors investigate, safety managers approve, assigned people complete actions. Hours worked feed LTIFR and TRIFR.
Extra sites or legal entities are quoted separately.
Licence price is plus GST, 12-month contract. Implementation, organisation setup, forms, users, departments and training, is scoped and charged separately. The monthly fee is the platform, not the build. The live portal is at safety.centreofbusiness.com.au.
What operations leaders ask before booking a demo.
No. It sits on top of your ERP, not instead of it. An ERP is excellent at recording what happened, which is a different job from helping you decide what to do next. The platform connects demand, supply, inventory, orders, capacity and financial outcomes so risks surface early and actions are recommended, using the transactional data your ERP already holds.
It fits businesses that plan across demand, supply, inventory and capacity and currently do that work in spreadsheets or across disconnected systems. If your planners rebuild the plan outside the ERP, if nobody can agree which report is correct, or if you carry stockouts and excess stock at the same time, those are the conditions it was built for. If you are unsure, an operational review will tell you before you commit to software.
CheckSetGo is the operating system for improvement: CHECK (understand reality), SET (decide what matters), GO (execute visibly). It is not an audit document and not a task list. Consultants and large groups buy a network licence to run many organisations. A company that only wants to review itself buys review credits and sits on Centre of Business's network.
Manufacturing and industrial operations that need incident, near miss, hazard and safety walk reporting captured properly and consistently. It is built for reporting from the floor, where the events actually happen, rather than for retrospective data entry by an administrator.
No, and the reverse is also true. The consulting and the platforms are separate. Many engagements involve no software from us at all, and we will not recommend a platform where a process change or a simpler automation solves the problem. Where a platform does fit, the advantage is that we built it, so we can adapt it to your operation rather than asking your operation to adapt to it.
For the planning platform it is the ERP connection, configuration and training so your team can run it, quoted after a scoping call. For the Safety Reporting System it is organisation setup: forms, users, departments, hours worked and training. Neither implementation is in the monthly licence. The goal is always that your people run it after we leave.
The Integrated Planning Platform Core licence is $4,500 a month plus GST on a 24-month licence: one site and one ERP connection. A deep bill of materials, material constraints, or export to the ERP is Advanced, which is quoted. Enterprise is Advanced across more than one plant, entity or planning team, and is quoted. Implementation is the ERP connection, configuration and training, quoted after a scoping call. Forecast only is from $1,000 a month plus GST on a 12-month licence: demand and inventory, no MRP and no production board. The Safety Reporting System is $350 a month plus GST on a 12-month contract, one organisation, unlimited floor reporters. Implementation is scoped separately. Extra sites or legal entities are quoted. CheckSetGo is a network licence at $49 a month plus GST, unlimited organisations and users, plus review credits: 3 for $249, 10 for $699, 30 for $1,499, plus GST. Credits last two years. A company reviewing itself sits on Centre of Business's network and buys credits only.
We'll walk you through the platform that fits your operation and show you what it looks like against your own numbers.
